It exposes to the weightlessness for about 8 seconds immediately after it. . which a sample is frozen by the liquid nitrogen tank upside at the moment, and is collected with a freeze state 2 seconds before a braking load is added -- the sample collected in this way . examination used for DNA analysis (genome analysis), RNA analysis (transformer chestnut PUTOMU analysis), protein analysis (PUROTEOMU analysis), etc. was carried out on 20-February 22, 2001 and in Japan microgravity center (JAMIC), and was successful.
